This popular event is now open for booking online and will be bigger and better than before.
We strive to provide a fantastic array of diverse food and drinks. Because of the popularity of the festival, we will review each application individually and will invite you to trade if we feel you are right for the festival.
On the application, please include as much information as possible including photos of your set up and food or menu. Once the closing date has passed a decision will be made according to the current legislations in respect of food hygiene, insurance etc.

What we look for in successful applications.
- Creative and aesthetically pleasing stalls to compliment the Food & Drink
- Festival vibe.
- Excellent quality food/produce
- Offers of smaller portions for tasters or children’s portions.
- We are introducing a ‘Festival Meal’ (working name) concept for the 2025 Food Festival, where traders will offer a special deal of £4 per item (working price). Traders can select which items to include in their Festival Meal/dish plan.
- Accurate stall size this helps us plan the festival layout and allows for a many traders as possible. Please include tow bars and side doors.
- A good social media following
- Sustainable Practices in Food Production and Serving
- Have allergen information documented in products and ingredients

How much is a pitch?
- Outside pitch: £110 per day for a 3m x 3m space each additional 1-meter space will be £30 per day.
- Inside Marquee: (limited spaces) 6ft Table £70. Extra table £60 per day.
- Alcohol Sales – for consumption at the event: £30 per day premium.
- Electricity: £75.00 per day 13 and 16 amp only (please note this is per input unit).
- All prices include VAT.
Parking:
No parking on the gardens unless trading from a vehicle parking nearby £6 per day one per trader. Once confirmation of a place has been received a 50% deposit will be requested 3 months before the event to secure your place and final payment 2 weeks before the event.
