Salt Water Studios is a welcoming space designed to bring together a community of teachers, practitioners, and individuals who seek connection and healing. Whether teaching, guiding, or practising, everyone shares a humble, down-to-earth approach, focused on supporting one another with smiles, laughter, and no egos.
At Salt Water Studios, located by the sea, the philosophy is that salt water – be it sweat, tears, or the ocean – is key to healing. The studio offers a variety of classes that allow participants to release and restore, including intense sessions that work the body and moments of letting go, both physically and emotionally.

WOMOMA Yoga offers Parent & Baby Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga classes every Wednesday. These gentle sessions are suitable for all levels, including beginners.
- Parent & Baby Yoga: A relaxing class for bonding with your baby, suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or 10 weeks after a C-section) until your baby is mobile.
Wednesdays 11:00-12:00
£6 drop-in or £25 for 5 weeks - Pregnancy Yoga: Focuses on gentle movement and breathing techniques to prepare the body for birth and beyond, from 12+ weeks pregnant.
