Please complete the online application form to register your interest to trade with us, and we will contact you after the closing date. Please note, submitting this form only registers your interest and does not guarantee your place at the Worthing Summer Fete.

We are not accepting application forms on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure the successful application, please make sure to fill out the form in its entirety, providing a detailed explanation and including images.

Application form for stallholders and performers at the Worthing Summer Fete. Submit your details to join a fun-filled community event celebrating local talent, crafts, food, and entertainment. Please ensure you complete the form in its entirety and also upload all relevant documents. Applications missing documents will not be considered. This is your opportunity to show us what you will bring to this exciting new event!

As this is our first year running the event and in order to encourage new small traders the opportunity- if you don’t have access to a table and pop up gazebo let us know here. We need vendors to be flexible on the setup of their pitch. Once we have final numbers we will know whether you will be given a pop up marquee and table or we may have a large marquee where all crafters & other creatives will be placed together. We are asking traders to bring their own pop up gazebo and tables where possible if they have them and only ask for this if necessary.

      3. Food-related information

      You will be asked to attach the Food Hygiene Rating certificate in the document section. We do not accept anyone under a 4 to trade.
