Worthing Town Centre businesses are opening their doors to artists this Off Season (Friday 27th February to Sunday 15th March).

Dwell is a pilot project organised by Worthing Borough Council, Colonnade House, East Beach Studios, Between the Blue & Green Film Festival and Worthing Small Traders, with support from Worthing BID.
